Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all HR operations ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Lead Saudization programs and coordinate with government platforms.
• Create and update HR policies and procedures.
• Advise management on labor law compliance and employee relations.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and end-of-service processes.
• Supervise HR team members.
• Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Represent the company in labor court matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Track HR metrics and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in HR management and employee relations.
• Familiarity with Saudi HR platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• HR certifications are an advantage.
