Role Responsibilities:- Design and implement unified HR policies and organizational structures.
- Lead strategic talent acquisition for both technical and managerial positions.
- Establish performance management and compensation frameworks across our entities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and facilitate change management during our corporate growth.
Qualifications:- 8-12 years of HR Management experience, particularly in Holding Companies or multi-subsidiary contexts.
- Startup mindset with a background in establishing HR functions from the ground up.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and organizational development strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering Management; MBA or relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
