Join Our Team as a Waiter at Kempinski Hotels!

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at our Yanbu location. As a part of Kempinski Hotels, you will be a crucial part of enhancing our guests' dining experience. Your role will involve serving food and beverages while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction in line with our upscale standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time wearing the correct uniform and nametag, maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests at all times.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of the hotel’s services and food/beverage offerings.
• Perform upselling and offer alternatives when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Adhere to the hotel’s policies regarding health, fire safety, and hygiene.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties assigned by the Department Head.
