• Maintain supplier invoice data, reconciling fuel invoices with flight data while considering contractual terms.
• Review and manage valid contracts with suppliers, ensuring accurate submission for approval.
• Address invoice disputes with suppliers and coordinate resolution processes.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers in collaboration with the finance team.
