What You’ll Do- Plan, organize, and control production activities to deliver high-quality dairy products.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production.
- Manage multi-functional equipment and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve targets.
What We’re Looking For- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
- Experience: 3–5 years in the dairy/FMCG industry, with hands-on experience in UHT milk & yogurt production.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage resources and meet production targets under strict timelines.
