Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Publish job advertisements across relevant platforms and social media channels.
- Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
- Prepare job offers and support onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
