1. دعم خدمة العملاء:

• استقبال العملاء بترحيب حار وودود.

• مساعدة العملاء في اختيار نكهات الجيلاتو والإضافات والتشكيلات المناسبة من قائمة الطعام.

• التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وشكاويهم وطلباتهم الخاصة باحترافية وسرعة.

2. النظافة والتعقيم:

• ضمان نظافة وتعقيم المتجر في جميع الأوقات، بما في ذلك الطاولات والأسطح والأرضيات والمعدات.

• اتباع لوائح الصحة والسلامة للحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة.

• تنظيف وتعقيم الأدوات والموزعات والآلات بعد كل استخدام.

• إدارة عملية التخلص من النفايات والتأكد من إفراغ صناديق القمامة بانتظام.

3. المساعدة في تحضير الجيلاتو:

• دعم عملية تحضير الجيلاتو من خلال المساعدة في غرف الجيلاتو وخلطه وتقديمه عند الحاجة.

• التأكد من أن جميع الحصص مُقسّمة بدقة ومُقدّمة بشكل جذاب.

4. التعامل مع النقد:

• ضمان دقة التعامل مع النقد وإجراء المعاملات النقدية خلال فترة العمل.

  • Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.
