Join Tarfeeh Fakieh as a Sales Manager!Established in 1998, Tarfeeh Fakieh is a leader in leisure, entertainment, and edutainment in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to enhancing domestic tourism. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Manager to be part of our Al Nawras Resort team.
Role Overview:The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and foster strong client relationships while working collaboratively with other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Lead and supervise a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments on promotions and packages.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams.
- Professionally handle client issues.
- Represent the resort at events and exhibitions.
- Ensure adherence to resort policies and international standards.
Qualifications:Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, with at least 5 years' experience in hotel sales, including 2 years in a managerial role in a luxury or five-star hotel. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
