Key Responsibilities:- Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers.
- Support recruitment processes by collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments, negotiating offers, and managing employment contracts.
- Prepare induction frameworks in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure comprehensive onboarding for new staff.
- Review job descriptions and align them with salary grades and position classification frameworks.
- Communicate outcomes of interviews and manage recruitment paperwork for approvals.
- Coordinate logistics for new staff, ensuring they receive essential information about the organization, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure timely assessment of probation periods for new staff.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and practices.
- Keep track of ongoing recruitment activities and participate in interview panels as needed.
- Ensure all recruitment forms and supporting documents are approved, including budget considerations.
