This role requires a proactive approach to manage various HR functions including succession planning and employee issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise Managers on HR policies and procedures
- Manage succession planning during bi-annual appraisals
- Handle employee relations issues confidentially
- Ensure compliance with absence monitoring guidelines
- Maintain personnel and payroll systems
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes
- Assist with departmental training requirements
- Promote staff benefits and organize team social events
- Collaborate with local organizations to enhance the hospitality industry's visibility

- Previous experience in an HR Officer role
