Role Overview:You will report directly to the Head of Sales (GCC) and focus on driving new business development. This role comes with opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key. At Fresha, we believe in the power of in-person interactions, hence all employees work in the office four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
Your Responsibilities:- Consistently achieve sales targets and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Engage with key decision-makers through various outreach methods to bring in new business.
- Present and promote products and services through detailed demos.
- Conduct needs analysis to align solutions with partner business goals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance partner experience.
- Document all outcomes in CRM and provide market feedback.
What We Are Looking For:- A minimum of 1 year of solid B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or online marketplaces.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong relationship-building skills.
- The ability to organize, multitask, and effectively manage your time.
- A curious mindset eager to grow and develop.
