Job Objective:Your primary role involves efficiently managing procurement operations to meet the company’s material and service needs, ensuring high quality, reasonable prices, and timely delivery. Additionally, you will support the bid submissions team, coordinate with technical and financial departments, and contribute to project success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Procurement Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop procurement policies aligned with the company strategy and foster long-term relationships with qualified suppliers.
- Procurement Operations Management: Manage purchase requests to ensure timely availability of materials, negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, and monitor the execution of purchase orders.
- Participation in Bids and Tenders: Coordinate with the tenders department, analyze required specifications, and contribute to financial and technical bid document preparation.
- Supplier Management: Evaluate supplier performance, search for new suppliers, and oversee the full supplier onboarding process.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement performance and assist in decision-making with analytical reports.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with bids and tenders.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
