Job Purpose:The Restaurant Manager is the driving force behind the venue’s operational success, guest experience, and team performance. This role leads the day-to-day operations of one of our signature venues, ensuring memorable dining moments while maintaining profitability and compliance.
Duties & Functions:- Deliver a consistently elevated and dynamic guest experience in line with SLS brand values.
- Maintain a constant presence during service and cultivate strong guest relationships.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints swiftly.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth coordination.
- Ensure outlet ambiance and service delivery meet brand standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Liaise with Engineering and Housekeeping to maintain luxury standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure team members are trained in service standards.
