HOST/ HOSTESS to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests in the Gourmet Service areas. Your role will involve creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that ensures an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain high communication and collaboration with team members.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep updated on resort services and promote them effectively.
Job Requirements:- Preferably a BA in Hotel Management.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury resort is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
