Role Overview:The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing IT systems at JIGPC. You will analyze system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance and security levels of systems. Your hands-on oversight will include the configuration and management of Information Technology systems for both the plant and office environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe working environment, demonstrating leadership in safety practices.
- Participate in the development of operational documentation.
- Manage capacity and monitoring processes, developing solution designs for IT initiatives.
- Support and install hardware and software systems and manage IT ticketing systems.
- Provide troubleshooting support for networks and systems, ensuring operational continuity.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- 8 years of experience in IT or database administration, preferred in an industrial setting.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MCSE are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and Microsoft Windows Server administration.
- Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
