Are you ready to empower the global energy industry? At NOV, we are looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khair, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring timely purchasing operations and supporting our overall supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute ERP purchasing signals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain ERP data as required; support purchasing automation initiatives.
  • Engage in quoting activities with suppliers to secure the best pricing and maximize IKTVA score.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products by suppliers and manage payment processes.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team for necessary shipping arrangements.
  • Work with the warehouse to resolve any cargo issues.
  • Engage with the global supply chain team to follow best practices.
  • Continuously improve departmental KPIs and ensure HSE compliance.
  • Adhere to all company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in procurement or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven procurement experience is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with the oil and gas sector and terminology is essential.
