Job Description

🌟 Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation: Making specialty coffee and hot and cold beverages with precision and professionalism according to the cafe's recipes and standards.
Customer Service: Welcoming customers with a smile, offering recommendations, taking orders, and handling cash and digital payments accurately.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely using espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, and performing regular cleaning and maintenance.
Inventory Management: Monitoring low stock of supplies (coffee beans, milk, cups, pastries) and restocking them regularly.
Cleanliness and Safety: Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation, counter, and seating area.
Teamwork: Cooperating with other team members to ensure quick order fulfillment and avoid congestion.
