Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role will require collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized consulting solutions tailored to client needs, driving revenue growth in the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth & Strategy:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and client needs.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development and deal closure.
    • Deliver compelling business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and value delivery.
  • Partnership & Networking:
    • Establish partnerships with industry leaders and trade associations.
    • Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to promote the firm’s services.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Support:
    • Work closely with consulting, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment on client expectations.
    • Support solution design and pricing strategies to ensure proposals are commercially viable.
  • Reporting & Performance Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, especially in management consulting or professional services.
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.
