Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts in the Eastern Region.
- Establish and nurture new client relationships.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan and sales strategy.
- Conduct weekly goal-setting meetings.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
- Research customer product needs.
- Gather client feedback for service delivery.
- Identify and pursue leads through customer networks.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Create effective action plans for lead generation.
- Maintain records of sales activities.
- Prepare and deliver proposal presentations.
Required Skills:
- Strong business development and sales planning capabilities.
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and B2B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Market research and competitive analysis.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market is preferred.
