Join Our Team as an Executive Secretary at ISG!

International Schools Group (ISG) is seeking an energetic Executive Secretary to provide efficient, organized administration and finance related support to the Assistant Principal in the school. The Executive Secretary will organize and maintain the executive’s schedule while performing a variety of administrative and finance related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection).
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of ISG District organization policies, practices and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and finance support to the executive as required.
  • Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar and arrange appointments.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and keep minutes of meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for the assistant principal.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Assist in supporting students and parents regarding their queries.
  • Maintain records and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Create and maintain events calendar, assist with event preparation.

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite with strong organizational skills.
