Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Follow up on executive office decisions and reports.
- Organize travel arrangements and bookings.
- Maintain confidentiality of documents and information.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to perform under pressure.
