PayLink is a leading provider of electronic payment solutions in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We are seeking a highly competent Executive Secretary or Office Manager to support the daily operations of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Follow up on executive office decisions and reports.
  • Organize travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and information.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks to ensure office efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to perform under pressure.

Position Summary:
