Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Reception Supervisor


Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervising reception staff and directing them to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Staff Training: Training and developing team skills to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Guest Reception: Welcoming guests and providing necessary assistance during check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Operational Coordination: Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and quickly, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing complaints and issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Booking Management: Monitoring the booking system and ensuring the accuracy of reservations, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Working with room service and cleaning teams to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.
  • Reporting: Preparing daily reports on office performance and guest movement.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and effectively manage time.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer fundamentals.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent English language skills.

  • High proficiency in using Google Workspace tools, Excel, and CRM.
