Join Our Dynamic Team as a Front Desk Receptionist!

International Schools Group (ISG) is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist for the American School Dhahran administration office. As the first point of contact for the school community, you will provide exceptional support and service to students, staff, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate commitment to the safety and security of children and young people.
  • Excel in customer service to visitors, greeting and assisting with inquiries about the school.
  • Assist administrative staff with filing, typing, correspondence, and general office duties.
  • Answer and direct telephone inquiries.
  • Manage students' attendance records.
  • Maintain the neatness and hospitality of the reception area.
  • Respond to the needs of staff and students.
  • Provide assistance to substitute teachers and respond to urgent requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience as a school receptionist preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed organizational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills for administrative roles.
  • Ability to exercise reasonable judgment.
