Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and profitability.
  • Lead and train the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
