Job Nature:Full-time administrative role (48 hours weekly).
Job Responsibilities:- Activate the use of the Saudi digital library databases.
- Propose amendments to library management guidelines.
- Identify the college’s needs for references, books, periodicals, and other learning resources in coordination with academic departments.
- Manage and continuously update library systems.
- Archive audio-visual learning resources and organize their storage.
- Prepare a monthly bulletin on references and new acquisitions.
- Ensure essential provisions to protect library contents.
- Organize internal and external borrowing processes.
- Coordinate with academic departments on new references and knowledge sources.
- Conduct training sessions for faculty and students on library usage.
- Gather feedback from students and faculty on library services.
- Propose activities that can be digitalized.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science/Information Science.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the field.
- Graduates should have studied full-time.
- Passing a scientific test and personal interview is required.
