Join Our Team as a Sales Coordinator!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to play a key role in our sales operations. You will support our team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process customer purchase orders in the system.
  • Prepare and send quotations and price offers to customers.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to organize and arrange invoices.
  • Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Saudi National.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).

Skills:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems is an advantage.
