At Takamul AlOula Facility Management, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through effective client engagement and contract management within the Facilities Management sector.
Purpose of the Role:
This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and closing FM contracts, while nurturing strong relationships with clients to support our strategic objectives.

At Takamul AlOula Facility Management, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through effective client engagement and contract management within the Facilities Management sector.
Purpose of the Role:
This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and closing FM contracts, while nurturing strong relationships with clients to support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new FM business opportunities across soft, hard, and specialized services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, proposal coordination, and contract closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Tendering teams to ensure commercially viable proposals.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets, margins, and sales KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client requirements to support strategic positioning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FM or B2B services sales.
- Strong understanding of FM contracts, SLAs, and pricing models.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
