The Business Development Manager will identify and develop sales opportunities, participate in project pursuit activities including technical exchanges and negotiations, and support the department director in formulating strategy for capturing new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales of technology licenses and associated services.
  • Negotiate and renew contracts and agreements related to licensed lines.
  • Promote Lummus Novolen Polymer Technologies globally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Support the development of commercial and marketing strategies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in R&D, manufacturing, technology licensing and/or catalyst sales.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness for worldwide business trips.
