Join Aloula Aviation as an Executive Assistant
This role requires a well-organized individual who can provide top-level assistance to high-level executives. The candidate should be comfortable scheduling meetings, responding to emails on behalf of the executive, drafting documents, and preparing for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive Company Executives and officials from Government Agencies and other dignitaries.
  • Act as point of contact between the Executive and reporting General Managers and Department Heads.
  • Develop and maintain office systems and procedures; perform minor system functions.
  • Manage complex diary and travel plans, and organize events.
  • Ensure the Executive’s time is managed effectively while allowing focus on core business activities.
  • Handle incoming communication and documentation efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
