We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our senior executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective communication within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules and arrange travel for senior executives.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize meetings and conferences, including logistics and catering.
  • Screen phone calls and manage email correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
