Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless communication by overseeing correspondence and managing calls to enhance workflow efficiency at an executive level.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor when handling calls and welcoming visitors.
- Compose emails and letters for various events and announcements, ensuring professionalism in all communications.
- Efficiently coordinate meetings, handling all administrative and logistical arrangements.
- Capture and disseminate meeting minutes and agendas to promote team transparency.
- Collaborate closely with executives to offer strategic support and insights.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, reinforcing trust and reliability.
- Coordinate and execute special projects to contribute to organizational objectives.
- Organize executive-level events, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 46 years of related experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
