We are a leading manufacturing and distribution company located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our HR agenda and managing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee services, and payroll systems to facilitate high business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR input into the formulation of the Annual Operating Plans.
  • Track progress against metrics and KPIs.
  • Direct recruitment and manpower planning activities.
  • Develop and implement nationalization plans to enhance Saudization.
  • Monitor and analyze employee-related costs.
  • Manage hiring, vacation planning, overtime control, and travel expenses.
  • Implement performance development review cycles as per established guidelines.
  • Oversee employee relations, contract renewals, and address employee grievances as per labor law.
  • Ensure effective delivery of HR services including payroll, medical insurance, and accommodations.
  • Address regulatory requirements with government entities such as labor offices and civil defense.
  • Manage internal services including distribution of drivers, cleaners, and subcontracted labor.

  • Proficiency in using human resources systems and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
  • Ability for strategic planning and change management.
