About the Role

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity, thereby supporting reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring strict adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Champion a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying potential risks, and ensuring consistent compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and sustain effective preventive maintenance programs designed to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Implement and continuously refine maintenance systems and processes to optimize overall operational performance.
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in collaboration with production and other relevant functions to minimize disruption to operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of all maintenance tasks.
• Provide training and development opportunities to cultivate technical capability, ownership, and accountability within the team.
• Utilize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system for maintenance planning, asset reliability management, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high equipment reliability and safety standards.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• A track record of successfully improving maintenance processes and reducing operational downtime.
• Exposure to working with ERP and/or EAM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong teamwork skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional organization.
• Ability to lead teams through periods of change, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver measurable results in equipment reliability and safety.
• Experience in mentoring others, fostering a collaborative environment, and building a culture of accountability.
• A proven track record of identifying and implementing solutions that reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
