Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational indexing and performance tracking across multiple dark stores.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for successful store launches.
  • Monitor operational metrics, including compliance, fulfillment times, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain data integrity for dashboards used by leadership.
  • Support root cause analysis for operational defects and coordinate timely updates.
  • Identify trends in operational performance for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
  • 3+ years of employee management experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
