Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact during specification and tendering phases, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Codes, Mostadam, and local regulations.
- Provide technical consulting, product presentations, demonstrations, and training to consultants, key accounts, and project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, specifiers, and decision-makers in the Saudi market.
- Support project penetration through active site presence across tendering and live projects.
- Develop technical submittals, datasheets, and specification documents aligned with project requirements.
- Identify and pursue specification-driven business opportunities to support agreed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine specification and commercial strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure a structured project pipeline and effective lead handover.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction-related environments.
- Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC-related products.
- Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards.
- Experience influencing technical decision-makers through compliant, evidence-based solutions.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals.
- Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts.
