Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical contact during specification and tendering phases, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Codes, Mostadam, and local regulations.
  • Provide technical consulting, product presentations, demonstrations, and training to consultants, key accounts, and project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, specifiers, and decision-makers in the Saudi market.
  • Support project penetration through active site presence across tendering and live projects.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction-related environments.
  • Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC-related products.
  • Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Experience influencing technical decision-makers through compliant, evidence-based solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals.
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts.
