As a proactive and technically capable Inside Sales Engineer – Aftermarket, you will play a crucial role in expanding our aftermarket capability and enhancing customer service across the Middle East region. This customer-facing position serves as the main coordination point between the Middle East team and our global sales, execution, and service functions.

As a proactive and technically capable Inside Sales Engineer – Aftermarket, you will play a crucial role in expanding our aftermarket capability and enhancing customer service across the Middle East region. This customer-facing position serves as the main coordination point between the Middle East team and our global sales, execution, and service functions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries from the Middle East.
- Provide timely technical support and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare competitive proposals and manage smooth transitions to Execution and Service teams.
- Evaluate safety, compliance, cost, and schedule options for compliant solutions.
- Collaborate with regional resources and outside sales to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage opportunity data.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude with customer-facing skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Adherence to safety protocols and safe work habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in engineering or related fields.
- Experience in aftermarket sales or service coordination.
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern commercial practices and procurement processes.
- Ability to work across cultures and organizational boundaries.
