As a Sales Manager at Sheraton, your primary responsibility will be to proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities while ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely manner for effective service delivery. Your role encompasses leading day-to-day sales activities with a strong emphasis on building long-term, value-based relationships with customers to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with sales channels to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business.
  • Identify new business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  • Support the company’s service and relationship strategy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive customer loyalty.

Candidate Profile:
To qualify for this position, you should have:
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field with 3 years of experience, or
  • A 4-year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
