In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting sales operations and coordinating work programmes while managing the implementation of sales plans. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide after-sales support to achieve objectives.
    • Support sales account managers in budget preparation and target compliance.
    • Engage in process improvement initiatives as required.
    • Participate in negotiations and recommend changes to marketing strategies.
    • Execute orders related to sales activities while providing timely sales reports and analyses.
    • Manage implementation of sales initiatives to maximize profits.
    • Support the customer journey digitization strategies.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales support or account management, preferably in the telecommunication sector.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
    • Sales Management Certification is a plus.
  • Skills Required:
    • Knowledge of stc’s policies & procedures and sales principles.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills.
