About This Role
Join Burjline Builders as a crucial member of our Business Development team, where you will plays a vital role in maintaining our leadership in the training and military operational support sectors, driving growth in the Middle East. Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales: Build and maintain relationships with the Armed Forces of Saudi Arabia and other relevant entities within the defense ecosystem. Achieve substantial order intakes and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Offset/Industrial Participation: Create and implement successful industrial participation strategies compliant with local policies. Engage local suppliers and academic institutions to foster partnerships.
  • Internal Stakeholders’ Management: Work in tandem with engineering and product teams for competitive solutions. Collaborate with marketing for strategic presentations and events.
  • Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records within CAE’s CRM and provide necessary reporting to stakeholders.

Experience & Skills:
  • Background in military operations or procurement, with proven sales experience in the military domain in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong ability to cultivate relationships, influence decision-makers, and achieve major program wins.
  • High organizational autonomy and effective use of CRM programs.
  • Good grasp of business capture processes and competitive assessments.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
