Join Imou as a Channel Sales Manager!

As a key player in our team, you will develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and implementing commercial strategies, including product strategy and channel policy.
  • Developing new resellers in CCTV/IT channels and managing existing resellers to increase our business shares.
  • Overseeing distributor orders, inventory, and sales data management.
  • Executing product training for distributors, resellers, and installers.
  • Planning and executing channel marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing competitive product information to develop strategic countermeasures.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in channel sales within CCTV/IT, preferably with experience in CCTV distributors or manufacturers.
  • Strong market insight, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business.
