Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site position based in Ad Dammām. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer accounts within your assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Achieve sales targets and support business expansion initiatives.
  • Provide market feedback and insights on competitors.

Qualifications:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and managing customer relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of plastics and paper industries, particularly their applications.
  • Ability to craft customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development in relevant industries is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.

This is a full-time remote position with a compensation package that includes 70% monthly base pay and 30% quarterly variable pay based on sales results. 3M provides an excellent allowance and benefits package.
