As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities while representing our esteemed company. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing quotations and submitting proposals to customers using our online tools.
  • Delivering presentations on our Air, Sea, Logistics, LMD, and warehousing products.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and claims professionally.
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating for competitive buy rates with carriers and other key stakeholders.
  • Updating and maintaining the integrity of customer data in our CRM system.
  • Resolving customer issues in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Reporting customer service and operational KPIs to management and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Maintaining daily and regular reports and completing any additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

In this role, you will ensure service excellence through a high level of market knowledge, contributing to continuous improvements and effective cost management.
