Join the National Lighting Company as a Sales Engineer!
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Eastern Region team in Dammam. As part of NLC, you will promote and sell our portfolio of Lighting, Low Current, and Low Voltage (LV) solutions to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage in new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell Lighting, Low Current, and LV systems in line with company targets.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, end-users, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams to support project needs and tender submissions.
  • Track and report on sales activity, project status, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, support, and follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent NLC professionally in all meetings, exhibitions, and industry events in the Eastern Region.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • 25 years of sales experience in lighting, low current, or electrical LV systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of relevant product lines and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Self-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Central Region.
