We are looking for a dedicated Store Keeper to manage our store operations effectively. As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure the availability of company requirements, maintain a tidy and organized environment, and support our commitment to quality and safety.
General Responsibilities:
• Fully comply with PIPECARE IT requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard PIPECARE trade secrets.
• Support fellow employees and demonstrate a results-oriented mindset.
• Follow PIPECARE’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments as required.
• Report accurately and timely to the PIPECARE IT Department.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities:
• Plan storage requirements and conditions for assigned stores.
• Prepare work schedules for staff to ensure continual coverage.
• Maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, and expenditures.
• Receive and manage store materials as per purchase orders.
• Organize the store, maintaining both minimum and maximum stock levels.
Competency Requirements:
• Communication: Foster two-way communication; address conflicts constructively.
• Character: Demonstrate integrity and respect diversity.
• Collaboration: Build partnerships and contribute to team success.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to safety protocols.
• Planning/Organizing: Prioritize and plan work efficiently.
Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a storekeeping role.
• Bachelor or Diploma required.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to walk and climb within a refinery or plant environment.
• Effective communication capabilities.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining focus on tasks.
