About the role:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provision of Specialist Support: Aid in planning and organizing work for the DTO team, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
• Business Needs Assessment & Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges and document requirements.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Map existing processes and design improved workflows to align with digital transformation goals.
• Solution Design Support: Work with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Testing & Validation: Define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trust with stakeholders and uphold high standards of ethics.

Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 7+ years in business analysis, preferably in utilities or public sector.
Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred.
