Qanadeel Furniture Company is seeking to hire a Sales and Customer Service employee who is professional and skilled in dealing with customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and understanding their needs.
  • Presenting product demonstrations and explaining their features and specifications.
  • Preparing price quotes and invoices and following up on sales transactions.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and management to ensure product availability.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Preparing periodic sales reports.

Requirements:
  • Practical experience of no less than 3 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing communication, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as MCP, CIT, PHRi, PMI.
