Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with a strong personality, professional presence, and a high ability to organize daily work.

The role requires close follow-up of tasks, coordination of communication, and preparation of reports and emails, with the ability to make simple decisions to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on daily tasks and prioritize them
  • Coordinate communication between management and employees
  • Prepare official reports and emails
  • Organize files and documents
  • Follow up on operational tasks inside and outside the site
  • Prepare the manager before and follow up after meetings

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft programs (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook)
  • Strong skill in writing reports and drafting emails
  • High ability in organization and time management
  • Polite, responsible, and resourceful personality
  • Speed in completion and follow-up
  • Ambition and desire for development

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
