# Architect Required

We are looking for a skilled architect to join our team and work on garden, pool, and landscape projects. The candidate should have experience in design, supervision, and pricing.

## Job Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans using AutoCAD.

- Design 3D models and produce high-quality realistic renders.

- Develop creative ideas and designs for projects in line with client requirements.

- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and techniques to develop designs and improve work quality and speed.

- Review plans and make necessary modifications according to client feedback.

- Coordinate with the execution team and supervise the workflow on-site.

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and produce accurate project pricing.

## Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Practical experience in designing gardens, pools, and landscapes.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design software, and visual rendering.

- Ability to accurately prepare BOQ and pricing.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.

- Ability to innovate and meet deadlines.
