Principal Accountabilities:
  • Ensure safety by implementing the BHIG Basic Safety Practice program, including safety audits and management of change.
  • Comply with BHIG and local safety, health, and environment standards.
  • Manage Site Leadership's calendars and schedule meetings as required.
  • Assist with various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Prepare documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for meetings and correspondence.
  • Utilize SAP for travel management and timesheet management.
  • Organize team events and manage contracts for support services.
  • Oversee company vehicle needs, including fueling and maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all staff.
