Hassan Allam Holding is seeking a talented Draftsman – MEP (Mechanical) to join our team in KSA. With over 10 years of experience in MEP projects and a strong background in mechanical drafting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed mechanical drawings for MEP projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and technical office teams to ensure accuracy.
• Review and update drawings based on design modifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Assist in shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting (Mechanical).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance and Prevention: Maintain constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents.
• Emergency Response: Respond immediately to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests safely enter and exit the pool while providing information about the facilities.
• Rules Enforcement: Enforce pool rules to ensure the well-being of all guests.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Communication: Coordinate with lifeguards and staff for effective operation.
• Training and Drills: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
• Crowd Control: Monitor the number of guests to ensure compliance with capacity limits.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness in the pool area and organize furniture.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and prepare reports.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Saudi Nationality preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a lifeguard in a 45-star hotel.
• Certification from the Saudi Swimming Federation.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid pool lifeguard qualification.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
